Needed mold mitigation for my crawl space. I called 3 companies. 911 Restoration was one of them. Ron and his guys met me at the house the next day which I though was rather quick. After one of his guys went under the house Ron explained the issues and the solutions thoroughly. Ron’s price was also the best and I got more service then he quoted after the job was done. Ron called me with updates almost daily (they had to take a few days to dry the crawl space). I always knew what they were doing and when. This really helped because this is an occupied rental house. After the job was completed Ron let me know. I told him I wanted to inspect the work. Ron told me to take my time and let him know what I think. Ron never asked about or was pushy about the 2nd half of payment. I had to tell him to charge my card. After inspection I was very impressed. I didn’t have high hopes because of the condition of my crawl space. I figured there was only so much they could do. Boy was I wrong. First thing I noticed was the vapor barrier covered the entire crawl space no gaps or uncovered area. The seams were overlapped and taped. The most impressive part was all the wood looked like it was brand new lumber from the store. Ron said the mold mitigation chemical is what does that. Overall Ron and his guys did a great job and I highly recommend then for your crawl space issues.
